These desserts are made with minimal sweeteners for those who are more sensitive to sweetness. If you eat a lot of sugar, you can increase the sugar and gradually bring it down to the amount in the recipe to increase your sensitivity to sugar. It's possible to enjoy desserts with minimal sugar if we train ourselves!
